This means that we directly employ a full range of skilled in-house trades, instead of appointing multiple subcontractors, which allows us to complete works in reduced time frames and undertake full project management of all building services.
Following the initial visit, we will report back to your insurer detailing the damage and repair works required. Once we have approval of necessary works, a field-based and office-based project manager will be assigned to your claim. They will then discuss your schedule of repairs, time scales and agree a start date to commence works.
Upon registering your claim, your insurance company will have notified you of any policy excess. If we have been instructed to collect this, we will request payment before works commence.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit or credit card.
As part of your insurance claim, you may be required to choose replacement products such as flooring, wall or floor tiles, kitchen fittings, bathroom suites, paint or wallpaper.
Please note: all replacement choices must be chosen on a like for like basis. Your project manager will advise you of the material allocation relating to your claim.
